we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, business check, cashiers check,money order, and wire transfer. A returned check fee of $50.00 USD applies.C.O.D. orders – On any refusal on a C.O.D. the customer is responsible for freight both ways and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unauthorized refusal of a C.O.D. order will result in termination of C.O.D. privileges for that customer.
30-Day terms may be established after completion of a credit application. Following approval, terms are NET-30 from invoice date. Accounts with past due invoices may not have orders shipped. Chelsea Framing Products reserves the right to refuse terms to any customer for any reason.Established Credit terms – Chelsea Framing Products may extend credit to prepaid customers who have demonstrated a timely payment history to Chelsea after which terms of Net 30 may be applied.

5.Contact phone numberAll orders without a PO will be issued a PO of the buyer's name and date.
